Nonstandard
Standard problems welcome. Weird ones too.
Technical help for organizations that need more capacity, more expertise, or simply another capable set of hands.
Start a conversationMost technical work doesn't stay in one vendor's lane.
Websites, DNS, Google Workspace, SaaS platforms, integrations and automation rarely belong to one vendor, one department or one job description. Nonstandard works across those lines, inside the environment you already have.
Some problems need specialized expertise. Some just need time and attention. Others don't fit neatly into anyone's service catalog. In every case, the job is the same: figure out the right way forward, then get it done.
Three ways to buy the same help.
For the steady trickle of things that need doing: a DNS change, a broken form, a permission nobody understands. Send it over when it comes up, and pay for the time it takes.
For a problem with a shape: a migration, an integration, a cleanup, something stalled. We define the outcome together and agree on a price before the work starts.
For ongoing technical work that doesn't justify another full-time position. A reserved block of time each month, used however the month requires.
Not sure which fits? That usually becomes obvious in the first conversation.
The kinds of things that land here.
Run by Matt Kaskela. You'll talk to the person doing the work.
Matt's day job is enterprise AV and IT in higher ed. Outside of it, he's spent years handling websites, hosting, digital systems and technical projects for small businesses and nonprofits.
The approach doesn't change: start where you are, work out what exists and what should happen, fix what needs fixing, and leave it documented so it stays fixed.

Technical help, without the usual boundaries.
Tell me what's going on. “No” is in my vocabulary. If it isn't something I should take on, I'll say so.
